Policies
We, too,
love animals, but we must enforce a "no pet" policy.
Smoking
is not permitted anywhere on the Kampoosa Clearing Property, indoors
or outdoors.
If indications of smoking are found, you will be notified and your
credit card will be charged a $150 smoke
fume removal fee.
Parking
permitted for up to 2 CARS (no RVs, Campers, Trucks or Large Vans).

Check-Out
3 p.m. unless stated otherwise.
Visa, Mastercard
and Discover are accepted. NOTE: YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL
REFLECT A CHARGE FROM LINDA IZZO HEINRICH AND NOT Kampoosa Clearing.
Deposits
A Reservation Deposit of 50% of the stay is required to reserve your
accommodation. The full payment is
due no later than arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. Please
don’t reserve unless you are sure! If a
reservation must be cancelled, and it is at least 14 days prior to
the arrival date, your deposit will be
refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled
or changed less than 14 days prior to the
arrival date and we can re-rent the apartment, we will refund the re-booked
portion of the deposit less $100.
If we cannot re-rent the apartment, your Reservation deposit is forfeited.
Directions
From Boston: Mass Turnpike
to Exit 2 in Lee, MA. Right off ramp onto Route 20, away from Stockbridge,
then left on West Park (it's just a major curve in the road, NOT a
hard left). This becomes Lee
Rd/Stockbridge Rd. Take to end. Make right onto Route 7 North. Kampoosa
is first drive on the right.
From New York: NYS
Thruway North to exit 21A (Route 90 East-Mass Turnpike). Pass exits
BI - B3,
continue on 90 East to Exit 2 in Lee, MA. Right off ramp onto Route
20, away from Stockbridge, then left on
West Park (it's just a major curve in the road, NOT a hard left). This
becomes Lee Rd/Stockbridge Rd. Take
to end. Make right onto Route 7 North. Kampoosa is first drive on the
right.
